Beautiful and historic fully updated and renovated Key West style heated pool home with huge yard, fully updated pool/guest house, & in-law quarters. Home has 6 BR and 4.5 BA and new appliances. Sleeps up to 10. Library can be used as an extra bedroom. Ample parking BBQ grill, and three (3) outdoor seating areas. Master bedroom suite has beautiful new King size bed, large balcony with an adjustable awning for shade. Master bathroom has granite counter top, double sinks, shower and large jacuzzi tub. Elegant living room with floor to ceiling drapes, and stylish bar in the inviting dining room. Close to fine schools, beaches, restaurants and Brickell, downtown Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach.
