This bright, single-level 2BR duplex sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and free parking for 2 cars. Minutes from Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and MIA, with Metrorail nearby. Enjoy a private entrance and a shared outdoor yard—ideal for couples, families, work trips and longer stays.
    ### 3. House Rules & Expectations

    **Quiet Hours:** Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. In accordance with local ordinances and out of respect for our neighbors, loud music, shouting, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.

    **Parking:** Two parking spaces are provided for your unit at the front of the driveway. Please park in the designated area, filling the spaces **from left to right**.

    **Smoking & Pet Policy:** Smoking and vaping are **strictly prohibited inside the property**. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.

    **Laundry:** A washer and dryer are available for your use. Please clean the dryer lint screen after each use to help keep the appliance operating safely and efficiently.
