Great stay for a pre-cruise trip

We really enjoy our time at this VRBO house. The house was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfy. We only stayed one night before a cruise and didn’t explore the neighborhood but it met all of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house!

For the most part, the house was very nice. The common area could be a little larger, especially if you have more than five people. There were not enough seats at the dining table and it was difficult to all sit in the living room. The Wi-Fi was very sporadic. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The neighborhood seemed to be OK, but we are only there to rest our heads.

Good stay.

While there weren't additional anemities, it was central to all the places we needed. The airport, train station, botanical gardens, baseball stadium, beach and Watsco Center.

Terrible location and innaccurate listing details

The property is located in a sketchy part of town. The listing said that all bathrooms had blow dryers which was not true. Has to stand outside and wait in the heat to get into the property. We were not sent the info and had to wait for owner to respond. We do not recommend this property.

Double booked

Host double booked, waited over 2 hours and told us that they will take the other party out but won’t clean. Do not recommend. Vrbo support wasn’t helpful either

The VRBO we rented but were not able to stay in

We arrived at the property at the proper check in time, but never received entry instructions.4 days prior I received an email saying we would get entry details a couple of hours before the check-in time, so we did not worry about it. Once we landed in Miami, I called the host and left a message. After multiple calls and texts over the next 2 hours I called VRBO and cancelled my stay due to no communication or entry instructions. We had to do a last minute rental and paid 500.00 more as well as more Uber expenses for the group of 8.
