Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
-1 to 7 nights: $30/day + tax
-8 to 14 nights: $25/day + tax
-15 to 29 nights: $20/day + tax
-30+ nights: $300/month + 10 for each additional day + tax

Security Deposit - $250 (Refundable):
-A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
-Refunded within 7-10 business days after check-out, provided no damages are found. Processing time may vary by financial institution.

Valet Parking (Optional):
-1-7 days: $28/day per vehicle
-8-10 days: $25/7 days per vehicle
-11-19 days: $250/stay per vehicle
-20-30 days: $295/stay per vehicle
(All rates subject to applicable taxes)

Package Handling:
-$5 per package + tax
-Pick-up available from 9 AM to 5 PM
