- As you step into this 1,057 Sq. Ft. 1 bed, 1 bath located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach you will immediately feel luxury and nature combined. Master bedroom has a king bed with soft silky linens, and a nine foot long maple desk. Bathroom has luxurious towels and toiletries. In the living room you can enjoy lounging on your plush white sofa that also converts into a queen bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. Balcony has double daybed and table for two. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.
There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.
