Great studio fully furnished. Italian decor, very quiet, 2 block from the beach !!! 2 queen beds and brand new bathroom . What else ?!! Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, stove and everything you need for cooking. High speed internet is included and also a brand new smart tv to watch your favorite series. Walking distance you can also find restaurants , groceries , Resturants. Washing machine and dried are available at the floor.

Babymoon Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We chose this property for a week-long Babymoon vacation in South Beach because of the high reviews, close proximity to the beach/food/shopping, and the nice touch of having a kitchen included. The bonus feature we loved and saved us a lot of money: the included 2 beach chairs and umbrella! We used them every day of our stay and saved SO much money from having to rent them at the beach. The instructions for check-in and what was provided were super clear and the apartment matched the photos. The air conditioning worked perfect, and that’s critical for a pregnant lady in the summer! Would definitely recommend 10/10 and will return to this property on our next trip to Miami.

Fantastic property and location. Would recommendto others and stay again Maybe dont add washer and dryer as an amenity since its paid building laundry.it would be good to call that out. Also consider adding new towels.not much drying in the ones provided as they dont feel much like towels

Location perfection!

Out of all the things that went haywire this trip, this rental was not one of them. Paulo is an amazing host and very responsive. The place was clean, cool, and comfortable. I hate it when you get to a rental and the beds are as hard as the floor and the pillows are flat. Very comfortable for both! Anything we needed for the kitchen was available, but If you want amazing dining, just walk downstairs and visit Cafe Del Mar, La Ventana, or my personal favorite-Mama’s Tacos. Do not pass up their guava cheesecake! It’s devine! You are a 3 minute walk to the beach and all the shopping you could handle. It really is a prime location! There is a parking garage across the street for $20 a night, cheapest you’ll find, if you do decide to rent a car. You also have the options of “citi bike,” “uber,” and walking most anywhere. If we come back to Miami, will definitely be staying here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The owners were very responsive to each of my inquiries during my stay. The condo had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. And it is located on the Strip, so access to the beach, drugstore (e.g., CVS), restaurants, etc. is quick and within walking distance. *Note: If you are sensitive to surrounding environmental noise (again, the condo is located in a property on the Strip), I suggest bringing a good pair of noise canceling earphones/earbuds. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Great place & LOCATION!!!

The location was great, right above restaurants. Walking distance to beach, within 5 minutes and the two main strips of South Beach. We didn't need to rent a car because we were able to walk everywhere. The host was fantastic before and during our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. We didn't need to use the beach equipment, but it is provided in the room. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to South Beach. Save money by staying here!! You won't regret it.

The condo was very modern and updated. The beds are two fulls not queens as listed but still comfortable. When a issue arose Palo was very prompt with responding.

This place was so cute and perfect! A block and a half from the beach, they have chairs you can use, and prime location to plenty of good food!! The owners were incredible, and answered any questions in a timely mannor! Will visit again!
