The area was convenient but hotel service was very poor as a Wyndham member I would think I would have great service and constantly asking for things to the point employees there seem to give off rude gesture during my stay

The location of the hotel was good. It was pretty near to Miami airport but the hotel itself was little old. There were no water bottles in the room neither was a kettle or couple of glasses.

Average hotel to stay for a day or two. Restrooms needs to improve there are details that does not look good toilet not working properly shower need get replaced. The bleach in the pool was extremely high me and my kids couldn’t enjoy like it was planned. Snack shop is ridiculous expensive I asked one of the desks lady how much was for 2 bag of chips & juice bottle and she said $13 tax. Needs to change that.

Somehow the rooms in reality did not match the ones in the photos of the hotel. Beds are uncomfortable and finishings are outdated and feels run down. Airconditioning unit is very loud. My room was next to the laundry and there was a VERY unpleasant smell hanging around. The whole hotel could do with a massive overhaul. I understand its a cheaper hotel but an refresh would do them great. Won’t book again.

The property is convenient to the airport and other locations we needed to visit. However, with no fridge/microwave in our room (room 426), that was an inconvenience. Also, very limited options for breakfast. The room was dirty-the floor, shower stall both needed to be cleaned on our arrival. The mattress were soft, sunken in the middle. Limited charging ports close to the beds and limited lighting-we had a blown lightbulb in the room. Not a great experience, will not be returning

Property is in really bad condition. I had to move to 3 different rooms while staying here. AC, Key system, toilets, no working right. Everything was very limited. I’ve always stayed in La Quinta Inn hotels and they have always been great but this one was terrible. Needs too many updates. Staff was nice, except for the older lady at the front desk which was full of excuse when problems arrived. I saw a lot of guests complaining at the front desk. I don’t recommend it

I didn't like the fact that it said it was a suit and it wasn't we didn't have towels in the room we didn't have soap in the room the room was dirty our sheets wasn't even clean.... We didn't have a fridge our TV didn't work we had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi the things that it said it came with wasn't true

Area was fine, close to the Port. We have stayed here before but this time our room was dirty and unsafe. Hairs on bathroom floor. Just plain old dirty walls, floors, tub. Very run down. Needs an overhaul for sure. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling, it was black. We got in late and had to leave extremely early, so I didn't talk to anyone about the issues but was planning to leave a message. We have just returned from our cruise and some things need to be addressed, probably with the company itself. My son didn't tell us right away, but my son went to use the restroom in the lobby ( single bathroom) and said there was a gun sitting on the glass shelf. He went to tell the front desk person and they said, "oh no". The person up front, went to retrieve it. I am assuming that the gentleman was the Night clerk but I am shocked at the carelessness. Someone could have been very hurt or it could have been taken. Imagine if it was a younger child that found it. I wish I would have known sooner and could have reported it in person.
