Unique 1070 square foot Ocean View 1 bedroom apartment in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower. Full kitchen, Living room, 2 balconies and 2 full bathrooms, jacuzzi in master. Access to Hotel facilities and 2 spa passes (access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in rate. No resort fee!

Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room that pulls out of the sofa, and up to 2 extra rollaway beds can be rented from the hotel for $60/night each. Free after a 6 night stay.

This one-bedroom suite features a king size bed, as well as a full size pull out couch with a queen mattress plus a mattress comforter. This suite has the largest balcony on the south side of the tower, as well as a balcony in the bedroom, both of which have ocean views and give you unparalleled views of all of South Beach.

There are two full bathrooms (the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi), as well as separate washer and dryer. Bubble bath materials and detergent/dryer sheets are included! The apartment also has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, as well as a mini bar provided by the hotel (items in mini bar are additional cost).

Since this is an owners unit, your stay will come with two complimentary passes to Lapis spa!

Our guests will have access to the full resort and all of the aminities, world class restaurants, and gym. The Fontainebleau is a Vegas style / Vegas size resort that consists of four high-rise towers and a convention center. There are 7 relaxing pools between the towers with beach chairs, cabanas and jacuzzis. Beach and pool chairs are complimentary, simply request a chair from one of the pool attendants and they will prepare the chair, bring you towels and make your stay as pleasant & carefree as possible. The staff is available 24 hours a day to help all guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Security is always on-site, friendly guards ensure property is accessed by the resort guests only.

After a dip in the pool you may head to the spacious and fully equipped gym in the Chateau tower.

Please note the only hotel charge not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout. There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel.

1. Everyday cleaning $50 plus tax per cleaning
2. Every other day cleaning $50 plus tax per cleaning (for 3 nights plus)
3. Check out cleaning fee- $175 plus tax (one time fee- no service provided- recommended for longer stays of a week or longer), this will be the only option because of covid protocols.

At check in, guests must authorize a credit card for housekeeping and resort incidentals. The hotel will place a $150 hold per night per room on your credit card. This will be refunded back to your card upon checking out. This is a separate cost from the room, i.e. room service, drinks at the pool, etc.
