I have stayed at Fontainebleau multiple times before this was the first time getting an appartment, it was perfect for us , balcony with amazing view of the ocean, very clean, so convenient that access to all the pools and amenities exactly the same as if staying in the hotel. The only thing there is no stove, but was ok for us . The host was also super nice and accomodating answering messages very quickly. We would definitely stay again

The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! The sun literally rose right in front of our unit. The beaches weren’t crowded and the chairs came with the rental! We would definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing trip to Miami

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The room was very clean and spacious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The host responded to all our questions and needs promptly. I would definitely return and I definitely recommend this unit/host.

Love the Fontainebleau

Great location, room was clean and everything worked save for weak WiFi in the room. The amenities at the hotel are fantastic, if not pricey. Smooth check in, check out and communication with host. Everything was as described and we look forward to our next stay, Thank you!!

Awesome Stay In Miami Beach

We could not be happier with our choice to stay at this property! The view when you first open the door out to the ocean is off the charts. The room was clean, comfortable, and close enough to everything but not too close. The property allowed us to enjoy whatever experience we were in the mood for. A spa experience, hanging out by the pool, the beach, exercise, and fun cocktails at many different locations. Love this property. Host has great communication. 5 Stars!!

Place was as described. The unit could use some updating and deep cleaning. No ice vending in that tower so very inconvenient to stay hydrated. Pillows were old and need replaced. Bathtub and shower both were not clean upon arrival. Location of property was great! View was amazing.

Amazing place!

We loved staying here! It was clean, well-appointed and had a fantastic ocean view, everything you could want when vacationing in Miami Beach. Check in was a breeze, the room was even ready early and had plenty of towels and toiletries for us to use. It even has a coffee maker which most of the regular hotel rooms at the Fontainebleau do not have. YAY! Coffee on the balcony in your pajamas while watching the sun come up over the ocean? Perfect!

Great experience

My friends and I stayed at Fontainbleau for two nights before our cruise to Bahamas. We were very pleased especially with the balcony and the ocean view. We could literally see a gorgeous sun rise still being in bed. The location, close distance to nice restaurants, coffee shop, swimming pools and beautiful beach was a big plus. Two free vouchers for Lapis Spa entrance were also very nice gesture. Communication with condo manager was really good. We also appreciated opportunity to check out 2 hours later, since our cruise boarding was in the afternoon. Overall great experience. We definitely would stay at this place again in the future.

Great Stay at this Fontainebleau Suite

We had a great stay at this wonderful suite at the Fontainebleau Tower. Beautiful large Suite with direct oceanfront balcony and gorgeous bathroom. Fantastic mini kitchen with fridge, sink, dishes etc. All in fantastic condition. Simply our best vacation ever at this legendary hotel, and we stay there often. The owner was very communicative and accessible. The free Spa Pass and free Parking were a wonderful bonus. We will be back!!

Winter get away

We love Miami during the winter months because we’re from St Louis where it’s freezing this time of year. This was the first time staying at Fountainbleu but it most definitely won’t be the last. We had hands down the best stay yet. We originally planned a couple nights Sunday -Wednesday but we had such a great time we extended our vacation until Friday night. Room was beautiful, Clean and equipped with everything we needed. The resort had everything right at our fingertips and full of history Most definitely recommend this place

Highly Recommend!!

The suite was perfect! It's a large suite with a king bed, couch and living space and kitchenette. It also has its own private balcony looking directly out to the beach. This was a massive deal compared to booking directly through the Fontainebleau. This suite would've been a couple hundred dollars more a night if you book through the hotel. Can't say enough great things, highly recommend booking if you want to stay at the Fontainebleau and don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

Great stay but pay attention to the billing

Fountainbleu is great, the room is really nice. Everything was really nice, but you need to pay attention to the billing. You need to make sure that after you check-in, you take the car to park at 4391 Collins Ave, not at the front desk. I was charged for parking and had to get the parking charge removed, the front desk told me that their "system" couldn't handle the free parking. Also, was charged 500 at check-in as a "hold" for incidentals, and now I have to get that reversed as well.
