"The property was a bit dated and the room didn't feel clean. We only stayed for a night so didn't feel the need to complain. The area around is great everything is in walking distance and it is close to the cruise port."

"Tub was not cleaned and the loud crowd with music blaring all night long with our little ones trying to sleep was very frustrating. Felt like the staff was afraid to be in control, they were even taking food and drinks right out of the snack room instead of paying. Not to mention NO PARKING!! The parking lot was so full with visitors/friends of the people staying...they didn't even have a room but just there to hang out. It was definitely out of control! "

"The room we stayed in was in disrepair. Carpet was worn, ceiling had an unsuccessful repair to a leak from the roof. A complete failure compared to a stay at any holiday inn express. As an IHG member I was provided with complimentary water so that was a plus. Staff were polite and professional at the lobby. The cafe is less than desirable and should be properly cleaned. Paying $4 for cold coffee and no real creamer is not what I call hospitality."

"Room was runned down. Damaged and dirty doors, towel hooks falling apart, carpet floor transitions pocking thru. Showers not cleaned after cleaning crew was done. Overall impression. I am not sure how is this facility labeled as 5 star hotel. "
