  • Step into this stylish and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit designed for a comfortable stay.
    The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and features ample closet space.
    The open-layout kitchen is fully equipped and flows into the dining and living spaces. The living room sofa converts into a bed for extra guests.
    The unit also includes central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and large windows that brighten the space.

    Amenities: Resort-style pool and rooftop terrace with bar and social lounge, a fully equipped gym, spa with sauna/steam room, basketball and racquetball courts, and multiple activity spaces — perfect for relaxation, fitness, and recreation.

    Please note:
    -There are no daily resort fees, and on-site parking is not available.

    Parking spaces are available for $20 per day per vehicle at the Miami Parking Authority – Courthouse Garage, located at 40 NW 3rd Street, Miami, FL 33128 (2-min walk from the building).

    -Unit access is through key fobs. Lost/non-returned key-fobs will result in a $50 + admin fee expense.
