Couples get away

It was a perfect spacious studio with a fully stocked kitchen. We even used the back yard a grilled a steak for a quiet evening. We are from the Orlando area so Miami was all new for us, but the room is near (5 to 10 minute drive)all the stores and the beach front. A lot of restaurants to choose from. We loved this place. We Definitely recommend this place.

This place was perfect for me and my friend. Very spacious and you have everything that you will need. Made our first time in Miami very special! Max was extremely communicative with me and talk through everything with me. If you have any questions he answers them all.

Nice small apartment in Miami

The property is very clean, more than enough space and has all the amenities you might need for a business or vacation trip where you wan to have a hub to sleep and leave your things while you're out and about during the day. There were only 2 downsides. - The property is located facing a busy street so for the person sleeping in the living room it might be a bit noisy. Having said that you couldn't hear a thing in the bedroom which is great. (but as you can imagine I was the one sleeping in the living room) - The sofa bed was pretty hard. It was one of those foldable sofas, not the pull out type which are a bit more comfortable. I would stay there again

nice but no extra bedding set

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. A check in process is easy. The only one inconvenience was - they forgot to give us a bedding set for a sofa. There was only one set for the bed but nothing for the sofa. Later they brought more towels ( which we did not ask for) and 1 sheet, but still did not bring an extra blanket and a pillow. So, we used our own jacket instead of the blanket. The host was nice but I guess it was not in his power to improve the situation.

Decent stay. Cute room

The room is very cute, clean and spacious. Also, the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the bus line, about 15 min from the Miami International Airport, and about 2 miles from the major shopping center and good restaurants. With the exceptions below, this was a nice stay and I would use again. Apt 2 had some minor cosmetic issues, such as water damage to the main floor, a wall outlet cover was broken, and the shower water did not get hot. I did contact them about the shower and a very nice maintenance man showed up pretty quickly. Unfortunately, he could not fix the shower at that time, but did determine that the knob has to be turned to a specific spot to get the water to a tolerable warmth to take a shower. The building beside this one to the right had some rowdy people in it. Screaming and cursing at each other till late into the evening two nights in a row. They finally stopped for me to rest comfortably the rest of the night.

Coral Gables apartment

This apartment was clean, equipped for cooking, and exactly what I needed. The owner and property manager were on top of everything to access the property with ease and fulfilled every request with urgency. I parked directly in front of the apartment which was super convenient and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was lovely, with great space inside. Great communication from the host and quick responses to any questions / issues. Downsides: Sofabed is 5ft long - suitable for a child but not really an adult. Front door felt slightly flimsy, even though it had a good lock on it.
