Comfortable and convenient

We stayed so we could go to a dolphins game. Area is fairly walkable, only 30 mins from Hard Rock Stadium, 20 mins from the airport, and very close to public transit. And the best part is there was a puppy! Iris is the cutest little beagle puppy and seeing her made being apart from our pets easier.

I stayed here during a visit w/family in North Miami. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The shower worked well. A few minor notes, the windows were blacked out so there was no natural light at all which made it seem rather claustrophobic. (There was a small bathroom window that had some light). I would have appreciated a desk or someplace to sit with a computer since I needed to do some work while I was visiting. Also, if traveling via the airport and limited in what you can bring on the plane, note that the toiletries were very limited and there is no blowdryer. For many people, this doesn't matter, but dragging shower stuff and a heavy blowdryer in only a carry-on is not ideal. Overall, it was comfortable and the location was fine. I think the price was fair for what was offered.

The studio is very comfortable, especially the bed. It is very well stocked with appliances. Owners left ground coffee and water. Wi-Fi works great. Location is good. Communication initially was a bit rocky, but in the end it was fine. Will gladly stay here again in the future.
