This professionally furnished three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home sleeps up to six registered guests and combines resort-style outdoor living with the comfort and privacy of a true residence.

Inside, enjoy a bright open-concept living and dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a chef's kitchen with Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, Crate & Barrel cookware, and a dedicated Nespresso bar. The primary suite has a king Sleep Number bed, the second suite has two queen Sleep Number beds, and the third suite has two twin beds. Each bedroom includes a private en suite bath and smart TV.

Outside, the private backyard features a heated pool, covered dining and lounge areas, poolside television, outdoor kitchen, putting green, and peaceful canal views. The private dock is ideal for relaxing by the water and may accommodate approved boating arrangements. Important house rules: maximum occupancy is six registered guests. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors are permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Children must be supervised near the pool and dock. The garage is reserved for owner use.
