Great location wonderful stay

This property was in a great location in a quiet safe neighborhood with just a few blocks to the beach and Ocean drive. Owner was very informative with suggestions on stores and restaurants.

Clean, lovely home! Everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. Perfect for the 2 of us! Excellent location! Easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Highly Recommend!

We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!

South Beach apartment

Stayed 10 nights. Spacious and nicely furnished apartment. Ideal location for me on a quiet street, yet very close to the beach. Probably most enjoyable stay I have ever had in SB and will definitely book the same apartment in the future if available. Host flexible in terms of early check-in. Absolutely no issues during my entire stay.

Perfect stay

Great location, very safe and quiet, just what we needed for a family vacation. Very close to the night life and the beach. Feels like Italy, had everything what we needed. Comfortable beds, slept good. Loved the heated pool and the garden. Would recommend and would come again. The Miami Beach is just a dream and the paved walkway goes along the beach. Loved it.

Right where you need to be

Great cozy location. My only con would be that the elevator was out of service for our entire stay, which made luggage transport a bit of a hassle. Aside from that bit of cardio this place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and excitements. Quiet neighborhood, so you’re not sleeping amongst nightlife noise. The beach equipment helped a great deal. Highly recommend.

Quiet please in the middle of fun

As almost every review before me says: AMAZING LOCATION! You can literally walk everywhere. Restaurants, bars, beach, beautiful park, groceries, pharmacy, bike/car rental is right behind the corner. Apartment is not big, but clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything that we needed. Alexis is a wonderful host! We had a lot of fun and a good night sleep! We will be back for sure!

Wonderful condo, perfect location

We were in South Beach for a month and could not have had a better experience. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the beach. We did not need a car. And our host, Alexis, was awesome, and deserves 10 stars. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely condo. Thank you, Alexis!!

Great for beach vacations!

The property is really well equipped for people who plan to enjoy the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) and is literally a 5 min walk from the beach. Couple of nice restaurants around the corner (but do not forget that you are in south beach….) and the host recommandations were great. Quick communication with him also. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that the elevator is next to the appartment. The noise ain’t that bad but you can definitely hear it. Overall great spot, would definitely return. Thank you !

It is by far my favorite rental unit in South Beach and I try to stay there every time it is available during my travel dates. Great location on a quiet side street but still very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Apartment very clean, spacious, well-furnished and with plenty of daylight. Lot of dining options within walking distance: I personally like Burger Meister and Pizza De Miami in the immediate area, but every type of food and cuisine are accounted for. Great communication with host and easy check-in. Hope to stay there again in 2026

Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach and other locations. Very clean and the host was responsive to any questions. The elevator is right next to the room so you do frequently hear it, and I could hear the people above me - this didn’t bother me, but I could see if you were a light sleeper - it could be an issue.
