This was a gorgeous property the only issue we had was my 91 year old mom sat in a chair and bottom collapsed on the balcony

BEWARE Misrepresented

This property is very over represented and is not even close to as nice as it appears in pictures. The 3rd bedroom is not a bedroom, it’s a frosted glass enclosed chamber next to the dining room. Aside from the the additional issues we encountered were:- towels smelled moldy- there was a napkin shoved into the front door lock preventing the deadbolt from engaging when attempting to lock the door. We found this concerning from a safety standpoint, spent an hour trying to get ahold of someone then they never called back when they said they would - damaged front door - 1 balcony door didn’t lock- shower had only one glass door - 1 was missing - floor was dirty and sticky The only good thing about this place was the location

Great location, needs repairs, poor communication-Bring your own wash cloths!

Booking the unit was easy, however communication with the property manager was not timely. I had several questions prior to our arrival which were not answered. I did not receive final instructions on how to access the unit until I was boarding my flight to Miami. I like to be prepared so this caused me some stress.Check-in is 4p and they mean that, not 1 minute less. We arrived at 3:45p and had to wait in the lobby until the clock struck 4p although the unit was ready.The unit was bright, cozy and clean as described, however, it was somewhat worn down. The first thing we noticed was the smoke detector was beeping. I went down to the front desk to see if they could help but they could not. I was told I needed to get with the owner. We were not going to spend our time listening to the annoying beeping so I went to the corner store and purchased batteries for 14.97. Only a pack of 2 was available so I left the spare in the unit. I messaged the owner but still have not received a response of a thank you, or here is your money back...Nothing! The walls had likely been scuffed and you could clearly see where flat white paint had been painted over to cover them. The tubs enamel was worn off from scrubbing so it appeared dirty which stressed my mom out. The shower curtain did need to be washed or changed. The towel bar in one of the bathrooms was barely hanging on with some adhesive; when my sister touched it, it fell down. All in all, a cute unit with poor customer service

Questionable at best

Check in was easy enough but you need a special key fob to access everything in the building (including the elevator). You don't get this fob until you get into your room, however. Thank goodness there was a polite young man innthe elevator that used his for us. When we got to the room, we found used tissues in dirty sheets in the pullout couch. Two guesses what those were. Also, the master bath had only one door on the tub.
