➜ First unit has a master bedroom and a second bedroom, both furnished with King-sized beds. Additionally, the third bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed, a bunk bed with one full-size mattress, and a twin sofa bed.
➜ The living space in the second unit features a Queen-size sleep sofa and a Smart TV, which allows you to access Netflix or YouTube. Additionally, there's a master bedroom complete with a King-size bed, and the second bedroom has two Twin-size beds.

➜ Both units have a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
Guest Access:
➤ We provide 24 bath towels for the two apartments. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel
➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids' playground, and lounge. Please, make yourself at home!
➤ Please note that although the front desk can provide a parking spot. The parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.
➤ Two (2) free and secured parking spaces
The Neighborhood:
Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.
Getting Around:
Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation are available to guests. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station.
You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.
➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.
➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
