This location was close to the beach and resteraunts but the unit it self was much smaller than I expected and was really more just like a hotel than an apartment.

The location was the best it could have possibly been as it was literally right across the street from the convention center. Quiet location, central to everything we needed.

Enjoyed the stay for business

This property was just fine for my business trip . Very clean. Helpful staff. Quiet. Walkable to any type of reataurant and close to beach. Room is basic so its not someplace you'd stay inside all day, but I would certainly return again for the location and value.

An okay place to stay

The room was good enough for what we needed. We stayed to attend the film festival. It was convenient as it was right across the street from the convention center and within blocks of the other festival activities. The room was totally different from the pictures on the listing. Staff was very accommodating to our needs like when we discovered the bolt lock on our door was broken. A repairman came the next morning. Some things were outdated or simply unsanity i.e. the ice machine in the hotel. Overall, a good place to stay.

All about location

The property is ok. Think "Europe" and you are good. The room is VERY basic..If you need a bed and a bathroom, this is the place for you. Our room did not have anything else. No chair, no desk, the only place to sit was the bed. I guess some rooms have those items so be sure you know exactly what is included in the room. There is one small elevator so plan on taking the stairs a lot if you can to save time. The hotel is VERY clean and the staff is very nice and accomadating. The location and proximity to restaurants, Miami convention center, parks, and shopping is great.

Here’s the corrected version with that update:⸻I wanted to like this hotel more, but my room was not as comfortable as I hoped. The air conditioning seemed poorly maintained. The change filter light kept blinking, and it often turned off during the night. I would wake up to a warm room along with the sound of loud guests and the slow, noisy elevator.There were no blackout blinds, and the fluorescent streetlights shone through large gaps in the blinds that looked like something from a discount store. The front door frame had such a wide gap that it felt like someone could see through it. The connecting door to the next room was thin, and I could clearly hear my neighbors talking as if they were in my room.The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the housekeeping team’s hard work. The bathroom needed new grout. The television was positioned awkwardly, making it hard to watch from bed. The room lacked basic furniture and proper lighting, which made eating, storing clothes, and makeup application difficult, especially for two adults.The best part was the location. It was perfect for the convention center where I was working and within walking distance to the beach and nearby entertainment. I wanted this to be a relaxing stay, but I left feeling tired instead of rested.

Very basic amenities

The refrigerator control was defective. The towels were of poor quality, the one TV had no remote, no microwave or kettle. The elevators were very slow. Overall experience was negative.

Check in was fairly seemless Great location easy to walk to most things The safe in the room had issues and required maintenance The TV would work sometimes and other times not Housekeeping did check in daily There was a language barrier with staff as they did not understand English so for little things like asking housekeeping for towels they didn't understand When the staff came to fix the safe it was difficult to communicate the issue Property manager very poor communication Made several attempts to contact on email, phone, & WhatsApp with no response Zero that VRBO would do as all decisions about property were to be done through property manager This is my first and last time using VRBO
