Property was just as pictured. It was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would booked there agsin. My one wish is that it had a washer and dryer

Descriptif erroné !Je vais commencer par les points négatifs qui sont malheureusement de taille.Pas de lave vaisselle (depuis l'annonce a été modifiée) . Réponse du propriétaire c'est l'evier qui sert de lave vaisselle ???!!!Lave linge et sèche dans une arrière court sans indication pour la trouver ni utilisation. A la disposition de tous les locataires donc pas forcément disponible.Cuisine immensément meublée de placard mais vide...Il n'y a que des verres, mug, assiettes et couverts mais pas pour 8 personnes. 2 poêles et 2 casseroles et même pas un égouttoir. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, c'est de l'essuie tout papier. Il n'y a que 6 chaises et pas de place pour rentrer a 8.Donc au final si vous louez ce logement afin de cuisiner et réduire les frais, cela est impossible. Nous n'avons même pas pu cuisiner des pâtes! Quel dommage car du coup cela rend le logement cher pour ce que c'est. Un hôtel est plus équipé.Logement mal entretenu nous avons fait appel aux services techniques car il y avait 2 chaises défectueuses, 1 dont il manquait carrément les vis et une autre mal serrée.Le robinet de la douche nous est également tombé sur les pieds Brosse wc jaune et usée.Points positifs l'emplacement et la place de parking. Service technique reactif

Convenient place, close to UHealth. However, there is minimal kitchen items. No mixing bowls, measuring spoons or baking pans. No basic spices like salt or pepper.
