Very disappointed with this rental property. First off check-in is at 4pm so why does housekeeping close for 4pm ? There were zero face towels and only 4 bath towels. Mind you the unit sleeps up to 6 so why is there only two bowls, 2 spoons, and 3 cups? There is only 1 extremely small trash can throughout the whole unit. The unit is extremely outdated. The exterior and lobby of the building looks beautiful unlike the rest of the property. There was rust, chipped paint, no smart tv (my kids were disappointed). An Old worn down pot and pan to match the stove. Absolutely nothing to start your stay off with as far as paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods, kitchen towels, or cooking spoons. The two pillows on the beds were small and flattened. No alarm clock or any clock for that matter. The bathroom sink water got hot but not the shower. Speaking of shower, there is no place to store your soap or bath wash while you’re in the shower. To access beach/pool towels, you must wait until 10am & have them returned by 5pm or there’s a 20 per towel fee. Did I mention how disappointed I am about this property. I had a 12hr wait time at the airport before I arrived which ruined the start of my vacation only to finally arrive to this rat hole. I was so upset I wanted to cry.
