  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

A special place to stay. I was very pleasantly surprised by the welcome tokens which included the most delicious bottle of sweet white wine and other thoughtful items and toiletries. I greatly appreciated its proximity to Miami International Airport. It is also located close to Amazon Lockers. It is very comfortable and clean. The washer/dryer allows you to cut back on your luggage which leaves MORE space for your new purchases! The outdoor deck allows you to enjoy Miami's climate whether day or night. For a party of one or two persons with your own transport, it is a gem to stay at.

This is my first negative review that I remember. This is a small portion rear of a house. Ok remodel, Ok location. Bedroom and Kitchen, dining area are separate. AC unit in wall in bedroom. Set at 25c/77f when we arrived 5:00pm Jan 17th. Took till 5:00am to cool bedroom to low 70. The problem we had is setting items on desk in bedroom under AC unit. Everything was wet within a few hours. The AC unit drips and runs down the wall. We moved everything, dried our items. Put a towel on desk under AC unit. When we left 1 1/2 days later the towel was very wet and had a lot or black spots from the dirt coming out of AC unit. I took pictures and video but don’t see a place to upload. IMO this small AC unit won’t keep even the bedroom cool in hot weather. All it condo to keep cool in January. Not being clean and spitting dirt and filth with drops of moisture, not acceptable. I ask owner to address the issue, they did not reply.

Perfect little space..

It was very small but perfect for what I needed. It was clean and comfortable and the host/owner was so kind and accommodated a last minute change at a fraction of the cost of a night stay. I was very pleased with the property and the time I spent at it and I would without a doubt return to stay again. I highly recommend!

nice lil stay in miami

it was clean and well-stocked and the hosts were responsive and kind. it was quite private, and the location is fantastic. the one small downside was the size of the bathroom— if you use a mobility aid (wheelchair, walker, cane, etc). it may not be super accessible. overall, would definitely recommend!

The space is cute and quaint. Had everything we could need in the space. The A/C makes a loud vibration noise every morning. There are a few issues with the structure of the space and the directions that caused a bit of a headache. Would have been nice for more direction on where to go once there and where exactly to throw the trash that is requested to take out.

Nice getaway

It’s nice exactly what is in the the description the apartment is attached to another apartment but it is very discreet comfortable Safe. It was really nice. I would definitely recommend if you’re wanting just to get away with your partner or a friend sightsee South Beach. It’s a very nice small apartment.
