"Pot holes all over parking lot, room was not cleaned properly (old coffee grounds in coffee maker), bug on floor in bathroom, linens did not smell like they had been cleaned, breakfast area was not clean."

"The three stars is for the layout. The connection from the parking garage to hotel and the towers connection. There is not enough signage and it’s confusing. "

"Good things: breakfast was okay. Juanita was very helpful and empathetic. Bad things: weekend manager and front desk was unhelpful, full of excuses, and blamed the customers for faults of the hotel. Sheets had a stain that we asked to be changed immediately, which wasn’t taken care of til we asked 3 times. An ant infestation was never taken care of, and we somehow transported ants into our cars. We couldn’t find the tv remote, and the staff blamed us. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied, and when we asked to change and make sure our credit card was not attached to the occupied room we got attitude from the staff."
