Please be aware that since the apt is located on one of the city’s busiest avenues, some noise from the hustle and bustle is to be expected. Although we provide earplugs for your comfort, we seek to be transparent with our guests to ensure they make informed choices when staying with us.

Guest Access:
If you need to dispose of the trash, you may leave the bags in the bins on the first floor near the emergency stairs.

On the 9th floor you'll find some stairs to the rooftop where you can access till 8pm so the guest's of the 9th floor can rest. Please keep clean the area and check that you don’t forget anything.

If you need to wash your garments you can find the laundry rooms in the next floors: 2, 3, 5, 6, 8.

Very small, cheap furniture and amenities, poor security (ex: safe is not bolted down, we did not feel safe leaving passports etc). Significant street noise and thin walls, very easy to hear everything the neighbors are doing. Despite rules we had a neighbor playing music at top volume until 2am.
