"I chose this hotel for the stuuning view of the rock formation in the water , where the Arch is, the entertainment and all inclusive package, since it was a getaway for my wife's 51st birthday. First , the good points. Room was great , food was great, specially the breakfast buffet with 786 items (well not that much but pretty close). Filet mignon was excellent with the shrimp. I did not use the gym on site ,but many did to burn off those 18000 calories thay ate the night before. Entertainment, day and night was superb including the Abba show and pool foam parties(more for younger generation). Landscaping was immaculate, as they took care of it on a daily basis. You will not be thirsty here, since there are bars everywhere. Reception desks were kind and helpful, as was the staff. At this point you may start to think why did I not rate it a 5 star facility. Well , I am glad you asked. I am a fan of Uber and have used it all over the world. While the Hotel allows you to arrive to the front of ther lobby in an Uber, it does not allow Uber to be pick you up in front of their lobby. You would have to walk a quater of a mile to the first guardhouse in the baking sun to have the uber pick you up there. You can always have them call you a taxi, which I found to be about 20-30 % more than Uber, but beats walking that 1/4 mile. Wi-Fi is an essential part of any resort, specially when I need to get some work done (to pay for the next vacation), but failed twice."
