"I did the booking for a room but when I arrived I noticed I was in a shared room with black curtains, so not good a privacy. Power electricity to charge phone depends on how long you keep turned on your own lamp. I had bad roommates who decided to turn off the lights for all the room and the air conditioning temperature. Roommates kept windows open even when it was freezing and let mosquitos enter to the whole room.. so I couldn't sleep some nights because of mosquitos. You have to deal with...

"My stay at the Cassia Hotel Jerusalem was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, the kind of hospitality that immediately puts you at ease after a long trip. The room was absolutely beautiful: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The entire property is well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax in between touring the city. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Cassia Hotel Jerusalem to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely stay here again!"
