We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was excellent...small room but that is the norm for Europe and we did pay for budget room. The hotel is in a perfect spot to walk from the train station and walkable to the rest of the city as well. Except for the grouchy IT-like guy on in the morning everyone at this hotel was amazing to interact with. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Make sure you leave your eggs boiling for longer as the 3 minute rule doesn't seem to work with the machine they have lol.

The location is perfect for visiting the old town. The room we got was rather small and a bit old-fashioned, but with a window to a garden of a medieval hospital - so very quiet. The breakfast was inexpensive and very good. All in all perfect for a one-day-stay.

The hotel is about 9 minutes walk from the Metz railway station, but some road maintenance work is doing around the hotel which made it a little bit inconvenient to walk around. Hotel staff were polite & nice, air conditioning was good & quiet, breakfast with lots of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel & will stay again in the future.

The room was a bit tight, but comfortable. The room did get a bit warm at night, so we slept with the window open to keep it comfortable. It is non-smoking but we found smoke (marijuana) in the hallways and at times strong enough to creep into the room. Not one seemed to complain, and we did not want to cause waves. Julia was very helpful and told us what to see, what to do, and where to eat. She has great customer service skills. Breakfast has an assortment of items and we loved the bread and cheeses. But there were also eggs, bacon, and cereals. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town area, so shops start about 15 meters away, and you can find cafes, restaurants, chocolate shops, and clothes stores all within walking distance. Plus the buses travel everywhere, we were able to go both north and south, east and west for several miles just exploring. Bus stop just a few meters away, and train station about 1/2 km.

Great location

Excellent location for us, short walk to the sights, bars and restaurants. The hotel was easy to find and there's a subsidised car park close to the hotel. Room was small and basic, clean, modern, comfy bed, quiet, fine for a short stay. Friendly bilingual staff. Nice breakfast. We would stay there again.
