Although the carpet was somewhat stained, the room itself was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Even though the washrooms were shared, they were absolutely well maintained.

The views from the property were just stunning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing!
Fire in room didn’t work but everything else was lovely

Friendly staff, as new facilities, comfortable bed and seating. Quiet units which are beautifully presented and the units are huge. Went back for a second stay within a week.

My family of 6 wanted to getaway for the weekend from the city. With 4 young ones we opted for a short road trip and an overnight stay with loads of fun activities throughout.
Our stay here was amazing. The 2bd flats was the cozy and the kids loved the bunk beds. A playground was right outside our door with a trampoline and a pool! Parking was right outside our door too. Friendly people definitely recommend!

Right on the railway line - my heart fell but in truth I did not hear on train at all. Very gracious and pleasant hosts, clean and tidy room, very good heating.

Was a good night's stay. Julia and Ryan were very friendly hosts and run a nice smooth operation. While I didn't have any of their main meals, what I saw that came out of the kitchen looked delicious. I did have a sticky date pudding which was divine. The morning after I took a short walk up the mountain track behind the lodge which gave excellent views of the surrounding landscape.
