"Room was very small right on busy sidewalk area ( noisy)open gap around the door with bad draft very chilly. Had to wear clothing to bed. Plumbing didn't drain ! Shower overflowed into room . No-one around seeing receptionist called the morning of check -in and wasn't going to be there so had a key locked in a key holder on the door with code to retrieve and instructed to leave unlocked door with key inside room. Hotel room in my opinion should not of been rented do to outstanding...

"Room was clean but sink faucet was loose and toilet continually ran. Checked in on Saturday and out on Thursday and bed made and garbage removed only once Breakfast was Ok..typical eggs, sausage, potatoes Breakfast area seating was tight and awkward Parking in front of hotel was crowded with cargo and business vans so we had to use back parking lot. Handicap and delivery parking spots also filled in back so maneuvering in and out back door and ramp with luggage was tight and awkward "
