"This is THE hotel to stay in in St. Croix. It is right by the ferry to the island that has Christiansted's beach facing the harbor, so it's super easy to get to the island beach. The hotel owns the ferry, so hotel goers get to ride the roughly one-minute boat ride for free. The hotel is recently renovated and gorgeous. I especially loved the pool and the peacock room, both of which are just beautiful. We stayed in one of the alleyway rooms, which are the hotel's most basic. They have a very nice layout but I was hoping for a fancier room. On the last night, the hotel kindly gave my son and I an amazing, free upgrade to one of their nicest rooms, with a private balcony overlooking all of the boats and the island, kindly facilitated by Ms. Janeta. Their cleaning staff was especially kind, especially once my friend left and I was traveling alone with my infant son. I love the hotel and St. Croix so much that I entended our stay. The bellhops carried all of our things during our three room changes. Shoutout to their bellhop Jeff. Ms. Anne on the cleaning staff was also especially kind to us. At the front desk Shanequa was very nice to us. The 3 PM check-in can be slow and feel slightly chaotic at times, but it is worth is. The hotel's restaurant, Prime Harbour, is overpriced but good. I got the surf n' turf which was the most expensive in the area but they give you an extremely generous portion of lobster. Virgin Coffee Roasters is located at the foot of the hotel and is good. "

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. One of my favorite parts was using the water taxi—it added such a fun and unique touch to the trip. The bar was fully stocked with great options, and the food from Rolling Smoke was delicious with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Fabulous house with 5 beds and attached baths, well-equipped kitchen and outdoor propane grill, lots of beach towels and quality beach chairs, plenty of toys for tots, one pack'n play, great location. Beautiful swimming pool though it did require cleaning AFTER we arrived, costing us a day and 3/4 of use...our only cleanliness complaint. Responsive off-site manager David, though communication only through VRBO portal was clumsy...previously we've ALWAYS had direct phone and/or whatsapp contact with owners worldwide over many years. Would stay again for sure."

"Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. "

"Perfect house and location. We had 4 couples stay here for a wedding and it was perfect - plenty of space for privacy and for group hangs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The outdoor area is amazing - the pool, plenty of chairs (including two very comfortable hammock chairs!). The house has towels, some sunscreen and bug spray.Kelly was awesome - very easy to talk to. Wonderful host!! Would definitely stay here again!! 10/10!!!!"

"This is an absolute GEM! Look, real talk… if you want an amazing stay, then book it and stop thinking about it! This was our first time using Vrbo and we were a bit skeptical. No more! Not only are we coming back, but we plan to rent both homes on the property. What we loved: 1. the VIEW! WOW! You have to see it to really appreciate it. 2. The pool was amazing and refreshing, a nice private place to enjoy great music, delicious local cuisine, and relaxation. 3. The security. Gated and quiet community. We felt very safe the entire time. 4. The beauty of the property. The property was amazingly well kept and picturesque.What we liked: 1. The property was amazingly clean. Of the things we were concerned about, this was one of the main items. 2. The house really has great space, comfortable amenities, A/C, fans in every room, and the beds were absolutely superb! Televisions in every room, a nostalgic record player and albums, and Bluetooth speaker. 3. The house has snorkeling gear for four, beach towels, coolers, spices for cooking, a grill, coffee maker, keurig, and everything else you can think of. 4 Our iguana visitors. Amazing creatures who only came out early in the morning to sun bathe, then went on their way. It was cool watching them hang out. Don’t worry, they aren’t aggressive. Give them space!Our hosts Arthur and his on-site manager, Leo, were awesome! Great people who were very responsive and helpful. Leo, thanks, brother! We’ll be back!"
