Generally clean, the staff were courteous and helpful. Had a hairdryer that didn’t work however the desk clerk found a replacement. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Very good option for its location right in downtown, walking distance to several restaurants. Only handicaps are no parking lot, no food services.

Checking in was easy. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was that we were put on the second floor and there were rooms available on the first floor. There are no elevators so climbing stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. But this hotel, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Good Location in Christiansted

This hotel was in a good location in Christiansted - it felt safe & the area was walkable. The room was clean & the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if you don’t want to have to lug your suitcases up 15 or more stairs, request a room on the first floor. The small pool was nice & had fountains running into it that made a relaxing sound. We didn’t receive any perks while staying here.

#brunReview staying at the Company House was an experience it was centrally located in the town of Christiansted near the governors quarters on St.Croix and adjacent to the amazing jewelry company Sonya’s Jewelry. The pool was small but my eight year old enjoyed it. I wish the bar was opened. The customer service from the staff was amazing. We also were adjacent to Cay Bay which we spent a day there. Besides that the shopping was cool and Cafe 50 was nice spot down the street. Very historic area and the St. Croix charm. The price was doable. I give it a three plus stars.

The place is beautiful, but the pictures from the bar are a complete lie. The place is there but not working at all. The room is in great condition Staff upon my arrival had great attitude, on my last day the personnel at the front desk was quite rude, denied to ask for a taxi to the airport saying that "she does not provide that service to guests". No stores to buy any groceries anywhere near.
