"Beautiful property, everyone there went above and beyond to make our time there memorable. The accommodations, we stayed in a residence, were very nice, clean and well thought out. The pillows left a little to be desired but slept like a baby after all the sun and fun. Lots of diverse free activities for some new experiences. (my husband probably wishes I had NOT learned to throw an axe :) The skeet shoot was better than expected with 10 rounds at 10 stations, all different. The fishing boats were pretty underpowered and difficult to get from point A to B. If you do the nature hike, load up on sunscreen, take water and wear a hat, 3 of the 5 miles are open range-no shade! RC, I highly recommend it!"

"Firefly Lane Cabin was exactly what we neededWe could not have picked a better spot for our trip to Lake Whitney. The cabin is walking distance to the water, and we found some great spots to put in with our paddle boards right nearby. The AC kept the whole place cool even in the Texas heat, and everything was spotless when we walked in, no lingering smells, no leftover mess, just clean and ready.The host went above and beyond. Quick to respond, easy to work with, and clearly took real pride in the property. That kind of attentiveness makes such a difference when you're staying somewhere new.On top of all that, the property itself is just fun. It's the kind of place where you actually want to hang out instead of heading somewhere else. We spent more time on-site than we planned to, and that's the best compliment I can give it.If you're considering Firefly Lane Cabin, book it. We're already planning our next trip back."

"Air was really cold. Very nice place. Host was great. Good place to park your boat. Food was great where she told me to eat. Close also. Cold water in house that we really needed after a long day of fishing."

"The place was very clean, smelled great, the AC was excellent and the bed was very comfy! Well stocked with towels, pillows, and the kitchen had every utensil or dish needed to make meals and serve. Property was calm and quiet. The deer all around was a bonus. There was plenty of parking space for our truck and boat."

"Steve & Melissa were great hosts! Their home worked perfect for our group of fisherman. Plenty of space for a group that had multiple bass boats with them, which is often very hard to find. Thanks for sharing your home, we will definitely keep you in mind for future trips."
