Great Location, Rate, and Amenities

Great location, great rate, good amenities, exceptional communication. Clean, spacious, comfortable, a real joy to stay here. Any issues that arose (multiple electrical outages - just the Yucatán power grid) they were helpful and informative. Would stay here again!

we stayed at Tannah luxury rental town house for almost 2 weeks. Raymundo the owner was responsive and the property was wonderful. It has all the comforts of home with an roof top patio that we enjoyed every evening. It was easy walking distance to shops. We would and likely will stay there again next time we are in Merida.

I was having a bad time on my vacation and when I came across this house I was like what else can go wrong but when I seen this house it was amazing I fell in love it's beautiful clean close to the stores I loved it great price just a wonderful place I will definitely be renting it again

Clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious unit in a safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and museums. Free parking. We rented a car and it was less than 15 minutes’ drive to anywhere in the city .. and was the perfect venue to rest after busy day trips to haciendas, Mayan ruins, and beaches. Hosts could not have been more accommodating and extremely responsive to our inquiries. Great stay!

We were really glad that we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient; there is a small shop right across the street, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the malls. There are also lots of restaurants, cafes, and stores just a few minutes away. After walking around all day, it was so nice to come back to the place and relax in the swimming pool and on the roof top terrace. The bed was incredibly comfortable too! We highly recommend staying in this rental.

The house was really tastefully furnished! The bathrooms were very well maintained, stylish and new! In the beds you could sleep excellently. Each bedroom has an suite bathroom. Towels and pool towels were available! The kitchen is well equipped. The Townhouse is fully air-conditioned and the swimming pool provides the necessary cooling off. Raimundo was always available for any question. Everything worked great!! There were a lot of tips for excursions. There is a variety of shopping options nearby. All around a great service. I can only give a great recommendation of thIs place. By the way you will love the roofgarden in the afternoon.

El contacto con la propietaria fue muy bueno. Siempre pendiente. Las instrucciones de llegada y salida fueron claras. La casa estuvo en orden. Todo funciona. Las camas cómodas, el agua de las regaderas bien, las TV funcionan, los aires acondicionados en orden. Tiene una alberca particular muy a gusto y una alberca común también muy accesible y agradable. Buen lugar

Excelente lugar, 10/10. Un fusible dañado, nos lo cambiaron un par de dias después. El único detalle a considerar "incómodo" fue la presencia del reparador del fusible dentro de la casa SIN anunciar su llegada o pedir permiso para entrar a la propiedad, apareció tocando la puerta de un cuarto.

Hermosa y acogedora propiedad !

Hermosa casa súper cómoda para viajar en familia, cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy placentera, nosotros estuvimos en enero, la única sugerencia sería que la alberca tuviera caldera, en enero el clima no es para nada muy caliente, y si la alberca estuviera templada sería espectacular, pero en general todo excelente 😊

Amazing!!! Must stay on your trip to Merida

Echt een geweldig huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien, super compleet maar ook gewoon echt prachtig. Zo mooi van stijl, heel ruim. Fijne binnentuin met zwembad en een fijne plek waar je kan zitten. Wij genoten iedere ochtend van ons ontbijt in de tuin terwijl onze dochter al ging zwemmen. Je kunt het verblijf makkelijk bereiken en vanuit hier vele mooie uitstapjes maken, fietsen op de autovrije zondag in Merida was ook top. De verhuurders zijn makkelijk te bereiken, erg vriendelijk, leuke tips. Kan dit echt iedereen aanraden!!!
