This is an old hotel. It smells bad. Service was bad. The area is bad and hard to get a taxi.

Nice but no hot water.

The hotel is very nice but we never got a hot shower during a two day stay. Particularly disappointing the day we came in out of the rain. Also, although not the hotels fault, the neighbourhood is kind of grubby with lots of garbage on the street.

Lo mejor es la ubicacion, en cuanto al edificio es viejo, por lo que algunas habitaciones con minisplit viejo, otras un poco mejor. La alberca no invita a usarla.

Viejo y areas públicas sucias y descuidadas

Hotel viejo y descuidado los banos o sanitarios de recepción, muy sucios y oliendo a drenaje siempre sin ventilación y muy pequeños el desayuno incluido esta bien y el servicio de los meseros es excelente. las camas y almohadas viejas y de materiales sintéticos urge una renovación

Hotel descuidado, poco mantenimiento

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, trato bien. Aires acondicionados muy sucios con los problemas de legionela que eso ouede ocasionar, hacia meses que no limpian los filtros. Limpieza habitacion, normal, WIFI , no funciona.

La decoración del Lobby es muy bonita, la ubicación es óptima y tiene amplio estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son un poco pasadas de modos en la decoración pero no afecta nada en tener una buena noche. La llave del lavamanos estaba rota y nunca salió agua caliente; el aire acondicionada hacía mucho ruido. Pero en general es un gran hotel. Me hospedaría nuevamente.

Dentro del cuarto habitación, en el baño, la instalación eléctrica y el control de la T.V., ya están muy deteriorados. En general, el hotel sigue siendo un lugar agradable para pasar unos días; el personal es atento y servicial. Tal vez debería contar con un espacio de diversión para adultos: un bar, o café nocturno. Todo bien, gracias.
