"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"I have disputed the over $200.00 charge for this place. Nowhere on their advertisement that they say their Lobby closes at 8:00 p.m. we arrived about 9:30 nobody there to check us in nobody to contact. Could not cancel the option was not available on the website. This place is a complete rip off. Do not stay here. Again nowhere on their ad did they say that their Lobby closed at 8:00 p.m.. yet there we were no room to be had. No one to check us in, no one to cancel the room with, this was a total disgrace. And to charge me for the three nights that I did not stay there is appalling"

"Their policy regarding the lack of year round comfort was not plainly listed and it was not until after check-in that we discovered the only way to get air circulation was to open the window, which had no screen. This allowed for bugs to enter the room. The view of the bus stop and the drug activity nearby was distracting from slumber. The rancid smell of meth and fentanyl smoke woke us with a start somewhere around 3 am. It would have been nice if the air had been working so as to afford us the opportunity to close the window to the noise and smells of Seattle. I do not recommend if you are seeking a good night's sleep."

"It’s very large with several wings to the property so if you have a walking disability expect to make arrangements. Breakfast is $30 but very good and parking is around $40 with tax, not so good. Finding a parking spot is difficult due to the amount of people on this property. Rooms were standard imo. Nice amenities, pool, gym, I didn’t see a spa."
