Our room was not made up in the 3 hours we were our of the hotel, after informing the front desk with the request upon leaving for the day. The overnight room service menú was sub-standard / basically inedible. There should not be an overnight room service menú if they can’t deliver food of a basic standard. Regular room service (before 11pm was great), but the overnight food was not as pictures, cold and favorless.

Loved the location, rooftop pool, fabulous room and friendly staff. We stayed at the hotel when it first opened many years ago and were happy to return to find it just as great!
