"The most important part of this review is knowing that the staff is top notch. They were very kind, professional, and attentive. As a Platinum member, I was supposed to receive a free drink when I checked in, but it didn't happen. Honestly, I wasn't fussed, but the check in review asked - so I answered honestly. They sent a staff member with this bottle of wine to my room. I don't drink, so I declined it, but the thoughtfulness with really appreciated. The last day the door wasn't working properly, and they immediately had it fixed. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The front desk was always ready to help with any questions. Miriam at the spa was amazing - you definitely want services from her. "
