The beautiful duplex "Menorca Son Parc fantastic views Costa Norte" offers stunning sea views in a quiet pine forest area. Spread over two floors, the bright home consists of a living-dining room with sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two single beds), a bathroom, and an additional guest toilet. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, washing machine, television, cot, and high chair. The house also features a balcony with sea views and a covered terrace, ideal for enjoying family meals or relaxing with a drink under the night sky. In the shared outdoor area, you will find a garden, a large pool for adults, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. The nearest restaurant and bars are just a five-minute walk away (450 m), and other bars and restaurants are about ten minutes on foot (800 m). There is also a supermarket only four minutes away on foot (400 m). The beautiful dune beach Arenal de Son Saura is about five minutes' walk away, perfect for relaxing on the soft golden sand. Menorca Airport is about 29 minutes away by car (27 km).
