"We really liked this property - it was our highlight of all places during our trip to Kangaroo Island. Eric & Wilma are delightful hosts in all respects. The view is wonderful and the facilities are really good. Access to the beach is terrific and the ability to see kangaroos, echidnas, dolphins & penguins really rounded out our experience at Emu Bay! We had a most memorable stay in this property..... "

"We stayed at the property for 3 nights with kids and it was great. Step out of the property and there’s the Esplanade. The owner had thankfully stocked jam, milk, vegemite, cereals etc as well which was very handy - there was always food when the kids got hungry at odd hours and most places were closed due to Easter long weekend. Highly recommend! "

"After booking l found alot of negative reviews, happily it wasn't too bad. the island accommodation all seems to be in need of some TLC. I chooser this place as it had water views in case the weather wasn't good while we were there and we;d have something to look at. The windows we disgusting and it was difficult to see out, the second reason was it had a BBQ- however there was no BBQ and you couldn't use the oven it hadn't been cleaned for sometime and obviously because there was no BBQ it had...

"Well equipped house with large open-plan living area which was very comfortable for a four-night stay. Would have liked a can-opener to be provided. Good quiet location but handy to town and easy to get out to sight-seeing places. However I question value for money for a couple."
