"This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "

    "The people working there are all very sweet and serviceable. Reservations team was of great help, I spoke to them several times and they helped me adjust my dates. The room was perfect. The breakfast was incredibly good.The hotel at night has a great ambient, very well located also to walk on the Sarmiento walkway street, safe. Beautiful views to the Cordillera. Good parking.
