"Wir wurden regelrecht aus dem Hotel geschmissen, weil wir Touristen waren wegen dem Virus. Man wurde Sehr diskriminierend behandelt weil wir deutsche und chilenen sind. Und das mit 2 Kindern. Niewieder. Die Hygiene gerade bei öffentlichen Toilette wie oben im Restaurant war grauenvoll. Weder Papier in den Toiletten noch Seife für die Hände. Die Toilette voll mit Kot und Urin. OBWOHL wir auf deren Wunsch das Hotel verlassen sollten habe ich die Nacht nicht zurück erstattet bekommen. "

"This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "

"Older property, but clean enough. Small room and very small bathroom. Did have filmy curtains but no blinds on windows so unable to block sun in the mornings. Noisy at the moment because the street it is on is being dug up and redone. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating!"
