"The services of the staffs was remarkable. If their motto stated “Melayan dengan senang hati !” It’s true Gems. Breakfast Banquet is marvelous. They truly go above and beyond. Many times blew my minds and My best friend Misslinda, how the chef and the staffs remember if I loved their colak singkong and special prepared from the kitchen for me. "Lobby 9/10. Bright, modern feel. Breakfast 7/10. Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Room (5/10). The carpet in my room was dirty with stains all over. Convenience (9/10). Mini mart and few restaurants on the ground floor. Elevator (11/10). The ACs in the elevators were the best part of the experience."

"Very new. Opened June 2024. The hotel spa is superb. I had a deep tissue massage. One of the best ice ever tried (I do body massage at least per fortnight). Location is good. Lots of food choices. Easy access to every where in Jakarta. "

"The room is outdated. The tv did not work and I informed reception and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I had to go all the way back down to reception to cancel the request so I could go to bed. Check in was nice. The lady was very friendly. I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out. Very annoying as I'd asked for the late...

"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. Special thanks to Rika & Hafist Subchan for their excellent customer service. The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. The rooms were spacious and nice, and of course the breakfast buffet too! Was a pleasant...
