I actually did NOT stay the manager gave me an opportunity to look at the property before I paid ANYTHING and for that I am thankful...please remove this from Expedia...this is NOT a good place to stay. It smells bad and the people that stay here are QUESTIONABLE at best.

AC was broken and all wiring was exposed. They had a 6 inch fan cooling the room and it was 95 degrees outside. Prostitution was literally in your face as well as drug use. No one was at the desk to check in. It was not a fanctioning hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

It wasn't what I expected

When I arrived to check in I already wanted to give up on this reservation. The environment stank a lot, from the reception to the rooms. Coconut smell is dog pee, cigarette and marijuana smell everywhere. Very very dirty place. The receptionists were very attentive and polite, always helpful, but the atmosphere is terrible. I just wanted to get out of there right away.

This was the worst experience EVER! Bathroom didn't even have a door. It was extremely dirty.When you got in the room you were afraid to leave because of the shady people hanging around. Noisy place with people arguing most of the night. The fire alarm was constantly going off. We left 3 nights early and they would not give any type of refund. This place is disgusting and should not even be listed on expedia.

First they put pictures on the website that did not really go with the hotel walked inside it stinks smell like dog pee dog the hallways was dirty the floors was dirty just walking through the building was nasty. The elevator didn't really work went into my room the room look like a cracked room it was nasty and I didn't want to stay there but I had to stay there for that night cuz I just came in that morning and then had to know where to go until the next day so yeah I won't be staying there never ever again

Unbelievable! Roaches everywhere and the room itself was clearly dilapidated! They had the temperature of the room set at 60° when I got there, probably to keep the roaches dormant. Turn the temps up to 70° or so to be comfortable and had to rush out and return later that evening around 10 -11:00, as soon as I turned the light on there were roaches throughout the room!! The hotel, especially on the inside was decrepit! There is a bullet hole in the elevator door! I would have turned around and walked out when I walked in if I wasn't late for a funeral! When I spoke with the receptionist explaining that I could not spend another night there on April 9th 2022, I asked "you do know this place is overwhelmed with roaches, right", and her reply was "yes, we are aware and we are working on that"!! THEY KNOW THE ROOM WAS ROACH INFESTED, THEY ARE CLEARLY LYING!!! EXPEDIA NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE ISSUES LIKE THIS !! They said since I booked through a third party (Expedia) that I would have to get a refund from them. Expedia is told me the hotel has to refund but will not, They said they have no roaches... LYE

RUN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible!! Arm security met me in parking lot. Gun shots heard in the area. Room was purchased online and paid for. Front desk attempts to get another 70.00 for a pet fee! Room was already 69.00 and that was 68.00 too much! Hotel was advertised as pet friendly and never mentioned extra fee on website at the time of purchase. Lobby had trash all over and dirty. Smell of urine hits you at the front door. I left! Did not stay! Safety issues, shady front desk clerk, and filthy. This place is horrible!

Gross. Don’t do it.

This place is so gross. I definitely saw a few roaches and the bathroom light was out so I showered in the dark. I did not feel safe and front entrance lock was broken so anyone can enter. I saw several shady looking people and the whole building smelled like cigarettes. Will never go back to this location or any other wood spring suite.
