Dogs get treated better than humans
They treat me like a dog. I stayed there for three nights. And I couldn’t wait in there lobby until my ride came. Really, my truck broke down in there parking lot so I was waiting on Uber and the tow truck. It was 32 degrees and they didn’t care.
The location was in a bad area, hard to get to. Service was good, had no issues with that. The carpet was black and your feet stuck to it. Shower curtain was moldy. Swimming pool was decent
Getting out of the shower I felt dirtier than I did getting in. Curtain full of mold as well as the walls. Towels smelled bad and thin. Walking in the room there was a dingie smell. Mini fridge still had leftovers in it from previous people. And most importantly, unless you want to pay for car repairs don't stay here. My truck as well as 3 other cars were broken into. Management didn't really care much.
I advise anyone that stay here to make sure your belongings are with you. I seen someone two people on a brown mini van park next to someone vehicle and steal those people stuff. Lowlife of Memphis! Hotel need 24 hour security. If you stay here don't leave your belongings visible or in your car. This happen 5/19/2019. People work too hard for stuff to be rip off by you lowlife in Memphis
Not clean, insufficient lighting in the room. and some don’t work. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was mediocre.

Should be about $20-a-night.
It’s inexpensive, but I still expect an inexpensive hotel to be clean, and whatever amenities it offers to work. Bathroom was not clean and had dirty laundry hanging that housekeeping had missed. In-room coffee maker missing it’s basket. Mattress was collapsed. Should be even less expensive for all that.

The front desk was rude upon arrival.
The room looked as though it hadn't been fully cleaned in weeks.
The pillows and bed were hard and uncomfortable.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom
The lady who checked me in was rude to me because of the Expedia employee who booked my stay. The employee who booked my room evidently was rude to her while she was trying to check in people at the outside service window.
No.1: I didn't tell Expedia what to say, nor did I tell her to be rude. I was on hold and had no control over that.
No.2: While you're busy complaining and looking at me angry, I'm freezing at your outside window. Since I'm not an employee of Expedia, why is the fact I'm freezing not an issue at this point?
The bottom line here is if people are using the Expedia service to book a room, how about you speak nice to people?
The fact that I'm sick as a dog today and was spoken to in a manner unbecoming of hotel front desk employees, I would know since I am one, is placed entirely on the Expedia employee.
I will never book through Expedia again. Point. Blank. Period.
