Moody Blues Studio | Perfect for work or romance

This apartment was added onto the back of our house in 2014 & is totally private and accessible. Hardwood & tile floors, full refrigerator, deep fenced-in backyard, connected patio with gas grill. 5min to the zoo & 10 to Downtown, 2 to Broad Ave. Arts District. Exclusive use of the apartment with kitchen & bath. DirecTV, Roku & WiFi.

Comfy queen bed, TV with DirecTV & large closet with dresser in bedroom. Full refrigerator and freezer with water and ice-maker, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and cabinets for storage. Twin air mattress fits in the bedroom & Queen airbed available to put down in the kitchen (which will make it a bit crowded). Built to be completely accessible for wheelchairs--all entries are accessible, zero-entry shower, microwave down low and plenty of room to navigate. Also, pet-friendly!

There is a private outside door for access (from the driveway). While it connects to the main house, only the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom is available for you inside. Feel free to spend time on our patio & backyard. The gas grill & dartboard are yours to use. Parking is available in the driveway next to the apartment or under the carport.

We wanted a place near the music festival we were attending, and Jamie's place fill the bill perfectly. It was clean and cozy and in a decent neighborhood. Jamie was super-responsive as well.

Nightmare

One of the most horrible experiences of my life. Woke up in the middle of the night to Rapid gunfire that seemed right outside my window, my cat who was with me was very unsettled the atmosphere was wicked in the neighborhood was sketchy at best. Would not recommend

Disappointed

They cancelled my reservation less than 48 hours before arrival with no explanation. I honestly wouldn't have been so frustrated if they would have given a reason but they just said the place was no longer available. I then had to spend my precious time on my vacation searching for another place to stay. Less than 24 hours later they let me know the place would actually be available again. Needless to say I stayed elsewhere.

Cozy Cottage

This property is a nicely-done garage conversion that featured one queen bed, a kitchenette, and a H/C accessible bathroom. The outside had a good-sized yard for our dogs and included several patio areas. It is very close to the Memphis Zoo and we found several good eateries nearby on Madison Street. It's also got a straight shot south to the AP. The landlords are very nice and we had a good stay.

Relaxing and Homey

We felt very comfortable at this location. It is centrally located especially to the Zoo and Midtown. We will definitely consider staying again when we return to Memphis.

Our hosts were very accomandating and helpful. Their home is close to a wonderful park to walk our dog, Beale Street, Overton Square and Graceland. The owners are quite the entrepreneurs and we wish them well.

We were very pleased with our stay. They allow dogs, which was a bonus for us, and it was so quiet our dog barely barked (unlike him!). The owners left everything we needed for our visit to Memphis; I would recommend to a friend.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed a comfortable stay over the weekend for our 10k trail run in Overton Park. Convenient to everything, whether you want to hang downtown, in midtown, or in East Memphis. The apartment was exceptionally clean and we didn't need a thing! Looking forward to staying again later in the year for the St. Jude Marathon in December!

Charming and quiet spot.

We enjoyed the quiet and clean apartment. It was very private and was a great launching point for our Memphis adventures. Our dog Gus particularly enjoyed daily walks at nearby Overton Park, which was beautiful and amazing. The trails in the old growth forest are spectacular. Our hosts were extremely gracious and responsive and we are thankful for the restful stay.
