Mr. Patel, the manager, was very nice and accommodating! The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfy. While the parking lot doesn’t seem very safe, it was very well lit.

The bathroom floor was dirty and the AC smelled like it needed to be cleaned or maybe there was mold on filter? They had side door locked so only way in was through front door. Staff was nice and nothing was broke. Just needed a better cleaning crew possibly?

The staff was nice. The room was not great. The room had a mildew smell. Socks looked dirty after walking around on floor. The bathroom was functional. Bed was comfortable, but not a fan of the mirrored wall behind the beds. The key card constantly had to be reactivated. The breakfast options did not include any meats/eggs. It was quiet throughout our stay. Didn’t feel unsafe while there based off of interactions and the surrounding environment, but seeing that the front desk had plexiglass/barrier up similar to a currency exchange made me take extra precautions while staying there. Would not choose to stay here again. Other similar places with same cost and amenities. Stayed to be closer to family. Next time would choose to drive the extra 5-10 minutes instead.

It feels safe because there is only one way in and out with the Costco in front and Ikeas behind it. I have stayed here several times. the only problem was that the hair dryer did not work, but overall the bathroom was great with the rails in the shower for safety.

Rooms are nice and clean great for the cost, the staff are not so welcoming and can be rude they also do require a security deposit of $100.00 which is understandable but not a fan on that, overall the hotel is nice quiet and clean and they do serve a good breakfast.

We stayed one night while passing through Memphis. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it smelled like animal and pee. That would be my only complaint.

It was somewhat secluded and "off the beaten path". I felt it was clean, allowed pets, and had a laundry area. I had to stay an extra night. It was higher than on Expedia, but they did accommodate me.

Lots of broken furniture and cracked picture frames and mirrors. Area around felt unsafe- parking lot terrible shape. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sheets were nappy and rough and didn’t seem that clean. Face of a/c was broken and falling off and the only chair was badly cracked and jagged.

Nice staff, showers non-functional

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, not one but two of our rooms had non-functioning showers on the mornings they were first used. I have never been in a hotel where this happened even once. The staff fixed the first during the day, but the other was in a room that my son only needed for one night. His significant other had to wash her long hair from the faucet.
