Perfect Stay

This is the ideal location for you to access all of Midtown's or Downtown's attractions. The house was amazingly spacious and cozy with all your amenities needs being met. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come visit family.

Great location, good set up

The layout and furniture was cute. The location was great for guests coming to town. My dad complained about slippery bath/shower and not enough TP or consumables to last the long weekend. Coffee was pods which we didnt realize until too late. I'm used to quicker communication from owners than I got here, especially when looking for bedding to make up the futon which we never found and just brought over our own. Other app asks if u want to extend stay, but the option was greyed out in vrbo and owner couldn't make it work on their side so we didn't extend. Would book again with a return customer rate as it seemed a bit overpriced on weekends.

Dangerous neighborhood

My wife was uneasy from the first day we came, although I told her she was being over-cautious. The nearby Kroger grocery store had armed guards at the door, which seemed odd, but I didn't want to be paranoid.We intended to stay here for five nights. On the third evening, I parked our car in front of the property, and while I was unloading the back, a man confronted me with a gun and demanded the keys to the vehicle. Luckily, my children had already gone into the property, and only my wife and I were still outside by the car. Also thankfully, he did not hurt me or my wife. He just took the car and sped off. This was advertised specifically as a great property to vacation with your family. Perhaps your family will have a better experience, but we will never return.
