"On the website it said Wi-Fi included but there was no password provided, and the tv in my room did not work. Although it was a smoking room the room did have a smell to it and I had to spray my own Febreze cause of how bad the smell was. Also, when my partner was checking the bed, he noticed the mattress was quite dirty. "

"Room was so bad i did not complete my stay. Booked room to avoid having drive back home in a storm but ENDED UP DRIVING HOME IN THE STORM.. Tub was flithy splats of food or something was on the dresser. Got bitten by a bug sitting on the bed..went to either get a clean accommodating room waited several minutes heard snoring in the office at the front desk..after several minutes of ringing the bell for service he awakes.. I would not recommend to my worst enemy"

"Pool was basically down. The heater was broken. You could swim at your own risk…but waaay too cold to actually swim. No drain stopper in the tub, so had to use a hand towel. Looks a lot better online than in person. Not a terrible experience, but not the best either. 3/5 overall for sure. "

"This was unfortunately, kind of a bummer of a stay. Layout was okay with the two bedrooms and futon in the living room. The main bathroom was decent, but had some easily resolved issues. The beds were VERY firm, but clean. So, the issues:Upon entering the home, there was an off smell that reminded me of a house that used to have a heavy cigarette user. The back closet smelled of other types of smoked products. The kitchen table and bench looked okay until you sat on them. The bench was wobbly and the table shook with the tiniest of touches. The small bathroom in the middle bedroom was nice, but could use a little TLC. There is no toilet paper holder and could use a fresh coat of paint and a small shelf. There are some random noises coming out of the basement that one of my kiddos had a hard time dealing with. With a sound machine on, most of never noticed. It would be nice to have a rug in the living room. BIG issues: 1) The towels smelled horribly of cigarettes and there were only three towels for five of us. 2) When I messaged the host for more towels, I NEVER received a reply. They only sent me auto messages asking about my stay and saying when I need to leave. I messaged the host twice without a reply. Overall, it was a bummer and with a little TLC, this place would be good for the money. "
