"I called to book two connecting rooms and when I arrived they had not accommodated this aspect of our booking. They told me I probably spoke to central reservations who doesn’t understand that they don’t have available connecting rooms (fair- but not my fault since this was the customer Journey they put me on for a reservation). They did nothing to try to help and we had brought our 85 year old grandmother because we had been assured we would have connecting rooms. "

"It was a place to stay while visiting my sister at UF shands hosp. She’s been there 90 days after liver transplant. The place was exactly what I expected for $70 night. Wasn’t expecting 10 when I only paid for 3. When leaving reviews ppl should remind themselves you get what you pay for. If you want more amenities or updated room don’t reserve one at $70 night stay. Thank you to red roof. I can say who’s ever running this place needs to get more help and I wish they would clean rooms and replace towels daily."
