8.4/10 Very good! (1,145 reviews)
The hand written note and complimentary snacks were a nice touch. Room was large.
However, one of the days the room was literally half serviced. Only one of the two towels (both hung on the same spot) was replaced, the floor mat not replaced, the bed got half made, they didn't replenish the toilet paper despite there being none left.
Room was very dark and in desperate need of refreshing. Patchy paint. Mouldy shower. Whole floor of hotel was freezing cold with no way to fix in room it seemed other than turning on heaters (when 25 degrees outside)
