With 2 gorgeous living zones, high-end kitchen, sparkling solar heated swimming pool and manicured acre grounds on offer, you can stroll the boardwalk to Mt Martha Village, beach and more.

Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

When bushland meets the beach you know you are somewhere special, and this magnificent property is perfectly positioned for you to experience exactly that. You can savour total privacy amid a striking modern setting complete with manicured acre garden, swimming pool and a designer residence that is only a few years young.

There are 5 bedrooms thoughtfully zoned to comfortably sleep families and groups of up to 11 guests, including a lavish master suite with private ensuite and balcony - the ultimate indulgence! A choice of 2 beautiful living zones can meet a variety of needs at any given time, but the real place to be is outside on the poolside alfresco soaking up the sunshine, listening to the birds and gazing out across clipped lawns to natural bushland.

A central and beautifully appointed kitchen will no doubt inspire something delicious, and with a large 8-seater dining table plus 4-seater breakfast bar it is easy for everyone to dine together.

Ducted heating/cooling provide additional comfort across the seasons, as do the ceiling fans, double glazing and big bi-fold doors to the pool and garden. And even though this property feels like your own private oasis, you can stroll the Balcombe Estuary Boardwalk to Mt Martha Village, beach and local parks, paddle down creek to Port Phillip Bay, or perhaps just relax and soak up your beautiful natural surrounds.

Great getaway home for 2 families

It was a great home to host my family of 5, and our friends family of 5. 6 kids all aged from 7 and under. Was a blast! Nice big yard too, great amenities. Only critique was the house wasn’t as clean as we would have expected for this price point. We had to reclean a few areas upon arrival. Appreciate the early check in and late departure. Thanks guys xx
